Neveen Taher Senior Director, Quote to Cash CambridgeMeet NeveenWhat's one thing most people don't know about you?
I was born and raised in the Middle East, and attended undergrad in Egypt.
What team within G&A are you on, and what do you work on?
I'm in Finance on the Quote-To-Cash team and our mission is to make the contracting, billing and collections process as streamlined and efficient as possible.
When people ask you what it's like to work at HubSpot and on your team, how do you describe it?
I love coming into work everyday. There's such an abundance of creativity, passion and kindness that makes it easy to fit in, learn and excel. I learn everyday, I have great conversations everyday and my team constantly surprises me with their dedication and excitement to do more and do things right, I'm really so fortunate to work with such incredible individuals everyday.
What's something you've worked on at HubSpot that you're proud of?
Growing the team. We started with a smaller team of approximately 10 people and now we're around 30. Not only did we grow in size, we've added significant process changes and efficiencies that have made a massive difference in how we manage our operations today.
Anything else you want to add that candidates may want to know?
Come in, be humble, absorb from everyone. So many opportunities will be at your feet to connect with so many teams, companies and interesting individuals even from outside the company. HubSpot takes this growth seriously and has a ton of respect for its teams. As transparent as you can get when running a business.

Chris Hogan SVP, Operations & Corporate Strategy CambridgeMeet ChrisWhat's one thing most people don't know about you?
I was a competitive distance swimmer throughout college.
What team within G&A are you on, and what do you work on?
I'm on the Central Operations team. Our mission is to serve as the glue between the Product organization and the rest of the business. We are the closest to product line business performance, own Hub level growth planning, and analyze other pricing + go-to-market decisions.
When people ask you what it's like to work at HubSpot and on your team, how do you describe it?
HubSpot is extremely dynamic. The business is growing so rapidly that we are constantly answering new questions and taking fresh perspectives. I constantly learn from how HubSpotters tackle this ever changing list of challenges and its making me a better leader.
What's something you've worked on at HubSpot that you're proud of?
Starting the freemium muscle group and solidifying freemium as a critical demand driver for HubSpot.

Lindsey O'Connell Sr. Manager, Facilities and Office Operations, EMEA DublinMeet LindseyWhat's one thing most people don't know about you?
I am a trained Irish dancer who still likes to dust of the shoes on special occasions.
What team within G&A are you on, and what do you work on?
I am on the Facilities team and our mission to ensure that our fellow HubSpotters have a remarkable work space. We strive to best assist our community, always.
When people ask you what it's like to work at HubSpot and on your team, how do you describe it?
HubSpot is a place where if you work hard there are no limits to what you can achieve. Having started my career as a social worker, HubSpot is like working on another planet. In just four short years my experience and development has come on in leaps and bounds. Working on the facilities team is far from repetitive, no two days are the same, you have ample support from management who allow you to be involved in fascinating projects.
What's something you've worked on at HubSpot that you're proud of?
Although not completed yet, the HubSpot House project (our second office space in Dublin) is by far one of the most exciting and proudest moments.
Anything else you want to add that candidates may want to know?
HubSpot is full of great people, lots of opportunity, and management genuinely cares about individual development.
