I Hate Moving Companies!

Moving companies can suck it. There has been too many times I’ve been ripped off by some moving scam, not in a way that didn’t all me to move but rather with the frustration of extra charges. Getting issued fees for minor scratches on the surface of the truck (that were already there by the way, had photos too!), unneeded blankets and other kinds of equipment. That kind of crap happens to me all the time and I find it’s rather ridiculous. Moving is already stressful enough only to be charged extra and have to deal with the hassles of hidden fees.

Unfortunately, it appears I’m not alone in the matter, either. Jeff here has had some issues with U Haul rates himself, judging from his newest blog post. Another person was hit hard from SmallJoes.com. Moving Scam is a site that is also all about people getting scammed by moving companies. You should definitely check out their forums, as many people post personal experiences with all sorts of moving companies, including local ones. Looking at ripoff report and and epinion shows that moving companies in general seem to be causing more headaches then they’re worth.
